We’re excited to introduce our concept for an "Experts Corner" at Longstreth. While much is under construction, we plan to make certain sport experts available to answer questions online in chat forums. Our experts can cover topics ranging from equipment to best shoes for different surfaces to great practice drills to descriptions of specific individual skills to team plays to …on and on! Give them a try – don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Our first expert is Goalie Coach Steve Wagner. Steve is currently the assistant field hockey coach at Princeton University and has his own company called Goalkeeping 1-on-1. Steve also played for the USA Men’s National team for ten years, including the 1996 USA Olympic team. He is currently coaching goalies from High Schools to Colleges to the National levels, sooooooo he knows all of the different issues…go ahead, ask him a question...and remember to check back soon to see Steve's response! |
