  1. When will my order be shipped?
    All in-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Back to top of page

  2. What shipping carrier does Longstreth utilize?

  3. When can I expect my order?
    Please refer to the UPS Shipping Chart to calculate the number of days in transit.  Priority mail- 2 to 3 days transit anywhere in U.S. Back to top of page

  4. Does UPS require a signature?
    It is up to the individual UPS driver to determine whether or not they feel confident leaving a package when there is no one available to sign for it. To be sure that your package is left when no one is home, we suggest placing a note to UPS with your signature authorizing UPS to leave your package with no signature required.

  5. How does a backorder affect my order?
    When an item is on backorder, we will process all remaining items ordered and ship them out right away. Please look at the paperwork enclosed in your package to determine if an item is on backorder. Backorders will not assess any additional shipping and handling charges and will not be charged to your credit card until we ship it to you. We will make every effort to alert you of any extended backorders. Back to top of page

  6. Can I use my debit card?
    You can use any debit card that is backed by Visa or MasterCard. Please note that a pre-authorization does occur once you place your order. This pre-authorization verifies and holds your order value plus 15%. Once your order ships out, your debit card will be charged for the exact amount of the items shipped plus shipping and handling.   7. Was my order shipped?
    To see if your order was shipped out, please contact our customer service department at 800-545-1329. Please have your billing information available to aid in providing this information to you.   8. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we can not entertain any order changes once you have placed your order. Back to top of page

  9. Why doesn’t the quantity discount appear on my order confirmation?
    Any time that you place an order for an item that has quantity discounts, we will manually adjust the pricing. Please refer to the paperwork contained in your order once it arrives. If there is still a discrepancy, please contact Customer Service immediately at 800-545-1329. Back to top of page

  10. What is the status of my order?

  11. How are shipping charges assessed for my order?
    Basic shipping charges are assessed by order value for any order that is under 8lbs. Shipping charges for orders for over 8lbs will be assessed by the weight of the package. Orders for oversized packages will have the shipping charge based on the dimensional weight of the package. Basic Shipping Rates are as follows:

  12. Can my school be billed for an order?
    All schools are eligible for Net 30 Days terms with Longstreth. Just call us at 800-545-1329 with your Purchase Order Number. We will ship out your order right away and bill you for goods sent. Don’t forget we have team pricing available for all school orders! Call for details!

  13. Is my school/team eligible for better team pricing?
    Longstreth is committed to provide the best products available at reasonable prices!   14. How do I place an order for custom goods and how long would it take?
    Longstreth has Team Uniform Specialists available to help you with all of your custom goods purchases. You can fill out an online quote request or you can call us at 800-545-1329. Our Uniform Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm Est. They will be happy to give you a price quote and help you calculate how long it will take to get your order completed.

    At this time, Safari browser users are unable to complete their order at Longstreth.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and encourage you to utilize one of the following options to place your order:
